Information we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. Our hosting provider also processes ordinary request and security information, such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and error logs, to deliver and protect the site.

This website does not offer visitor accounts, comments or file uploads, and it does not run advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use and share information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, assist with reservations and services, maintain business records, prevent abuse and operate the website. We use Vercel to host the site and ZeptoMail to deliver enquiries to our reservations mailbox. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and meet applicable legal obligations.

External services

Site fonts and the map on the contact page are provided by Google. Booking links open the independent Nightsbridge service. Those services receive information directly from your browser when you load or use them and apply their own privacy and cookie policies. Eight Bells does not receive payment-card details through this website.

Cookies

Eight Bells does not set analytics or advertising cookies on this website. Embedded or linked third-party services may use their own cookies when you interact with them.

Retention and security

We retain enquiries and related business records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested services, resolve disputes, maintain security and meet legal or accounting requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
